Adam P. Warren, M.D., M.P.H. is a board-certified Orthopaedic Trauma Surgeon and Qualified Medical Evaluator (QME) with over two decades of clinical, academic, and surgical leadership experience in high-acuity fracture care, joint reconstruction, and complex musculoskeletal injuries.

Dr. Warren earned his medical degree from Stanford University and completed his orthopaedic surgery residency at UCSF, followed by a trauma fellowship at WellSpan Health under internationally renowned pelvic fracture specialist Dr. Thomas DiPasquale. He also holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) and a B.A. in Immunology from UC Berkeley, where he was a founding member of the Biology Scholars Program and a varsity wide receiver for the Cal Bears.

He currently serves as Vice Chair of Orthopaedic Surgery at Memorial Medical Center in Modesto and previously held the role of Chief of Orthopaedic Surgery at Eden Medical Center. His clinical expertise includes anterior approach total hip replacement, minimally invasive fracture surgery, pelvic and acetabularre construction, soft tissue repair, and treatment of infected or poorly healed fractures such as malunions, nonunions, and osteomyelitis.

In addition to his surgical and academic achievements, Dr. Warren is the founder of OrthoJamaica, a nonprofit initiative focused on improving trauma care in underserved Caribbean communities.

As a QME, Dr. Warren delivers timely, well-reasoned, and defensible evaluations grounded in clinical precision and evidence-based standards. He is available for Qualified Medical Evaluations (QME) and Independent Medical Evaluations (IME), offering trusted insight for complex medical-legal assessments and disability determinations.
